Where can I find my product code?
The product code is the unique identifier for your product. It can be found on the packaging label (back of your product box, printed next to the barcode). The 6-digit code is also listed in the product description on our website. You will need this code to activate your Barrel Guarantee.
How do I unsubscribe from all emails/texts/information from Target?
If you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
My darts don't weigh what they should. What should I do?
If you have weighed your darts after purchase and find that they are outside the tolerance specified on the enclosed sheet, please contact us . In most cases, the product will need to be returned for further inspection to identify any calibration errors.
ORDER QUESTIONS
I'm missing an item from my order, what can I do?
We strive to ship orders in one package; however, it's possible your items were shipped separately. Please check your order confirmation and packing slip to ensure everything is present. If an item is missing, please contact our customer service team with your order reference, product code, and the missing quantity, and we will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
I can't place an order on the Target website, what can I do?
If you need assistance, please contact our customer service team , who will help you with your order through the Target website. Please note that we cannot accept orders by phone and they must be placed through our website.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
If you discover a faulty item in your order, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team with your order reference, the product code of the faulty item, and a description of the problem. We will try to respond to your inquiry within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and find the best possible solution for you.
Can I cancel or change my order after I have placed it?
We process orders quickly so you receive them without delay. Therefore, you cannot make any changes to your order after it has been placed and payment has been submitted, including canceling your order.
I received the wrong item, what can I do?
Please contact our customer service team with your order reference number, the product code of the incorrect item, the quantity received, and the item you should have received. We will try to respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). The item must be returned to us via our returns procedure. Further details regarding returns can be found in our returns policy.
PAYMENT
How can I pay for my order? What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your items with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
When will my account be charged for my order?
We will charge your card as soon as your order is placed. You will then receive an order confirmation with the order details. All ordered items remain our property until we have received full payment from you.
Is my data secure when I order from the Target website, and how do you use my information?
Ordering on our website is completely secure. We use your payment information as follows:
Processing payments and issuing refunds.

We do not store your card's security/CVV code.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
I'm having trouble logging into my account.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, please try the following:
Please check that the email address you are using matches the account you created.
Please ensure that the password you entered is correct. Passwords are case-sensitive.
If you cannot remember your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link and re-enter your email address. You will then receive a password reset link to your email address.
If you continue to experience problems logging in, please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.
Why can't I make a purchase?
This could be due to a technical issue. If you are shopping in the UK, please contact our customer service team. You cannot place an order online if you are visiting us from outside the UK. You can find a list of our approved retailers in your country here.
How do I clear the cache and cookies?
If you are using a browser like Chrome or Safari, it stores cache and cookies. Clearing this data can resolve certain issues, such as page loading errors or incorrectly formatted content on the website. If you need to perform these actions, please refer to the instructions specific to your device and browser.
Safari iPhone and iPad
Go to Settings > Safari > tap Clear History and Website Data.
To delete your cookies and keep your browsing history:
Go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data > tap Remove All Website Data.
Desktop
Press and hold the Command key and the comma key simultaneously.
Go to the Privacy tab > click on Manage website data.
Click the Remove All button to remove all saved website data.
To delete only specific websites:
Press and hold the Command key and the comma key simultaneously.
Go to the Privacy tab > click on Manage website data.
Select the website from which you want to remove data > click the Remove Data button.
Chrome Android phones
Open the Chrome app on your Android phone or tablet.
Tap More in the bottom right corner.
Tap Settings > General browsing data.
Scroll down > tap Browser settings > Clear browsing data.
Select Delete data in the bottom right corner > delete.
iPhone and iPad
Open the Chrome app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap More in the top right corner.
Tap History > Clear browsing data.
Make sure that the boxes next to “Cookies, website data” and “Cached images and files” are checked.
Tap on Clear browsing data.
Desktop
Open Chrome on your computer.
Click on More in the top right corner.
Click on More tools > Clear browsing data.
Select a time period above.
To delete everything, select All Time.
Check the boxes next to “Cookies and other website data” and “Cached images and files”.
Click on Delete data.
Internet Explorer
Select Tools (via the gear icon) > Security > Delete browsing history.
Select Cookies and Website Data > Check the box > delete.
Microsoft Edge
Select Settings and more > click on Settings > click on Privacy, search and services.
Under "Delete browsing history for Internet Explorer", select the option "Choose what to delete".
Select the types of data you want to delete > click delete.
COATINGS
Does my barrel warranty cover coatings?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a warranty on barrel coatings and only provide a barrel warranty that directly covers barrel damage such as breakage. Coatings vary in thickness and durability, but even the most resistant coatings can wear down with frequent use. There is no set time limit, as everyone's playing style is different. Several factors contribute to this, such as the frequency of play, technique, and wear and tear.
The coating has peeled off the tip.
We're sorry to hear that the coating has come off. Please contact our customer service and send us a picture for review. This will allow us to determine whether the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if there is a defect in the coating. Once we've investigated, we can decide how best to resolve your issue. We will do our best to do this as quickly as possible.
What does the barrel warranty cover?
The barrel warranty specifically covers significant damage to the barrel that indicates a defect in the tungsten material and not general wear and tear. It does not cover, for example, chips that may clump together over time, broken tips, flights, and shafts. Damage occurring during tip changes or outside of play is also not covered. If you are unsure whether your case is covered, please feel free to take some pictures and contact our customer service.
How can I activate my barrel warranty?
Click here to activate your Barrel Guarantee. The form will ask you to enter your full name, email address, and the 6-digit product SKU that identifies your product. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation and your Barrel Guarantee will be activated.
Where can I find my product code?
You can find the product code on the packaging label (on the back of your product box, next to the barcode). The 6-digit code is also available in the product description on our website. If you cannot find your code, please contact us so we can provide you with this information.
I've lost/misplaced one of my barrels; is it possible to get a replacement for my set?
Unfortunately, all our barrels are part of fully packaged dart sets; our warranty does not cover lost or stolen barrels, and it is very rare that only one barrel is available as a replacement.
BARREL WARRANTY
Does my warranty also cover coatings?
We cannot offer a warranty on coatings. The only warranty we offer is the barrel warranty, which directly covers damage to the barrel, such as breakage. Coatings vary in strength and durability, but even the most resistant coatings can wear down with frequent use. This can be due to the frequency of play, technique, and wear and tear.
How can I activate my barrel warranty?
You can activate your Barrel Guarantee here. You will be asked to enter your full name, email address, and the 6-digit product SKU that identifies your product. After entering this information, you will receive an email confirmation that your Barrel Guarantee has been activated!
If your code is not listed, please enter it manually.
Where can I find my product code/SKU?
The product code serves to uniquely identify your product. It is located on the packaging label, on the back of your Target box, and is printed next to the barcode.
Is there anything that could affect my lifetime barrel warranty?
Our lifetime barrel guarantee applies to our dart barrels in their original and intended design - if you modify your barrel in any way, your guarantee will be void.
Any modified methods that involve manipulation of the barrel or any part of the dart that could impair the durability of the barrel will be rejected at Target's discretion.
The lifetime barrel guarantee applies only to darts purchased from Target Darts or authorized dealers. Darts purchased second-hand are not covered by the lifetime barrel guarantee.
How can I claim my lifetime barrel warranty?
Contact us by email or via the form. You will be asked to send us pictures of your darts to be repaired and proof of purchase showing where and when the dart set was bought.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS
What's the best way to clean my barrels?
The safest and most effective way to clean your barrels is with a soft brush and warm soapy water. This will remove any natural oils and dirt residue that may be present on or inside your dart barrels. We strongly advise against applying harmful chemicals or harsh solutions to your barrels, as this could damage the barrel's coating or the barrel itself. If you use such chemicals and irreversibly damage your darts, this would not be covered by our lifetime guarantee. Cleaning the barrels from time to time is known to help improve or renew the grip of your darts.
REPAIRS
My tips have broken off flush with the barrel, how can I remove them?
We offer a service to remove tips that have broken off flush with the barrel using our specialized tool. This service is only available for Target tips that broke during gameplay and for barrels that have not been otherwise modified.
Please contact us so we can give you precise instructions on how to send your barrels in for repair. Please ensure the return shipping label we provide is sent back with the darts, as a full inspection will be carried out before a repair decision is made. We also recommend sending the return via a trackable courier service and obtaining proof of postage. We are not responsible for darts sent to us for repair before they have arrived at our facility.
My stock is broken inside the barrel; how can I remove it?
Target offers an extraction tool that allows you to easily remove any remaining fragments of the stock. You can purchase this tool here on our website.
My power supply for the Corona is defective, how can I get a replacement?
All Target lighting products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your light malfunctions within this period, please contact us. We may require proof of purchase and a photograph of the defect to verify your claim.
If your warranty period is outside the 12-month warranty period, you can purchase the replacement part directly from us here for a small fee to solve your problem without much effort.
My adapter for the Corona / Vision 360 is broken, how can I get a replacement?
All Target lighting products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your light malfunctions within this period, please contact us. We may require proof of purchase and a photograph of the fault to verify your claim.
If you are outside the 12-month warranty period, you can purchase the replacement part directly from us for a small fee, which should solve your problem with minimal effort.
My corona LEDs are discolored OR parts of the LED strip are not working - is there a warranty for this?
All Target lighting products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your light malfunctions within this period, please contact us. We may require proof of purchase or a photograph of the defect to verify your claim.
If you are outside the 12-month warranty period, you can purchase the replacement part directly from us here for a small fee to solve your problem with minimal effort.
Please follow the assembly instructions below to reinstall your new LED strip:
Peel the broken LED strip off the ring.
Remove any loose adhesive residue from inside the ring.
Leave the black adhesive tape on the inside of the ring, covering the connection points, in place.
Align the cable of the new LED strip with the recess in the plastic ring and secure it.
Peel back about 10 cm of the protective film from the LED strip at the cable end to expose the adhesive foam.
Carefully place the LED strip into the plastic ring with light pressure. Work your way around the ring, peeling off the protective film as you go.
The free end of the LED strip should be approximately flush with the end of the cable when it is fully inserted.
Remove the cable from the recess, lift the beginning of the LED strip, and place the free end of the strip into the ring. Then, place the cable end of the strip onto the free end of the strip and plug the cable back into the connector. Now everything should be ready.
What is not included in the warranty of the Corona Vision Lighting System?
Within the 12-month warranty period, replacement LED strips and power adapters do not extend the duration of your warranty.
The 12-month warranty is not included when purchasing the Corona power adapter and the Corona LED strip (sold separately).
ARC CABINET & ARC LIGHTING SYSTEM
Can I use the Corona LED strip in the Arc lighting system?
Unfortunately, the Corona LED strip is not compatible with the Arc lighting system.
What electrical voltage is used for the Arc lighting system?
This product has been tested and works with the standard British voltage of 240 volts. We do not recommend using an alternative power supply or a different brand as a replacement. Should you have any problems or concerns, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
How do I assemble the Arc Cabinet?
Complete assembly instructions are included in the product packaging. The detailed instructions explain how to easily assemble this product. If you need further assistance, the instructions also include a QR code that you can scan to access the Target website.

My Arc lighting system is broken, and the lights no longer work?
Unfortunately, we do not have replacement parts for this product. If the damage occurs within the 12-month warranty period, we will provide you with a free replacement Arc lighting system. (Please note that this only applies if you purchased this product directly from Target.) We will need to determine the cause of the fault before considering replacing this part. The lighting components are covered by a 12-month warranty; therefore, we may require proof of purchase.
Could you please tell us how bright your arc lighting system is?
The measurement of the lumen output of the LED bulbs = 2040 per piece.
Can the Arc lighting system be purchased separately?
Yes, the Arc lighting system can be purchased separately. This product was designed for use with the cabinet set. However, it is also compatible with any other dart cabinet set. Please click here to view the Arc lighting system.
Can I use the Arc lighting system for other cabinet sets as well?
This product is flexible and can be combined with other dart cabinet sets. The Arc lighting system comes with an adhesive strip, allowing you to easily and securely attach it to the top of your cabinet.
