Delivery to Germany
 
We offer standard and express shipping within Germany. Standard shipping can take up to 5 days, while express shipping takes up to 3 days.
 
During the ordering process, you can select the delivery speed of your order and specify the expected delivery date.
 
Delivery outside of Germany is currently not possible.
 
If the delivery date has passed, please contact our customer support team . We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and investigate the status and whereabouts of your order.
 
Return policy
 
To request a return, please contact us. We do not accept exchanges.
 
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item you wish to return. We only accept returns of orders purchased on our website.
 
If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will take care of the return of this product and cover the return shipping costs.
 
If you placed an incorrect order or changed your mind, you can still return the item to us within 14 days, but the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us to arrange this.
 
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning. All goods undergo a full inspection upon return and before a refund is issued.
 
All accepted returns will be refunded at the original purchase price, including sale and promotional items. The refund does not include any shipping costs you paid.
 
If you are responsible for the return shipment, we recommend that you request proof of postage for each return.

Refunds
 
We forward refund requests to your bank or card issuer immediately. You should receive the refund as a credit approximately 5 to 10 business days later, depending on your bank. Once a refund has been processed, it cannot be reversed. If you do not receive a notification or the expected refund has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the matter further.
