How long is the warranty on FTR products?
We offer a 1-year warranty on every Omni Autoscoring System and every Virt Camera. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.
For pre-orders placed via the Target Darts website, the warranty period begins on the delivery date.
How do I activate my warranty?
You can activate your warranty by filling out the form above. After submitting the form, you will receive an email confirmation that your warranty has been activated.
Where can I find my serial number?
You can find the serial number of your Omni Autoscoring System on the back of the CPU unit (black box), which is mounted on the lower left leg.
You can find the serial number of your Virt camera on the back of the camera (black box).
If you cannot find the serial number, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
How is my data processed?
Unless you have subscribed to the Target Darts newsletter, you will only receive emails related to the use of your device. These may contain instructions, warranty updates, or device updates.
How can I claim my warranty?
Contact us directly for support. If necessary, please send the support team pictures of the device and a description of the problem. We will gladly assist you with the next steps to process your warranty claim.
Please also provide us with proof of purchase for your FTR product, showing when and where you purchased the product.
